********* working for Bears Carlton centre

I am fed up with bears, i have spent more than 30mins this morning trying to get through the customer service line with no success. I bought furniture at bears in May 2014 and bears gave me a credit of more than R20 000 where as i wasn't even earning R2000. I noticed that the account was not going down instead it was increasing , i went back to go and check my contract with them and noticed that there were items/furniture that i was charged which i never bought, when i went back to the store they kept telling me that the manager is not in, he is either on leave or went out, So today i went to Carlton again and to my surprise they have moved and i don't know where . This *****elant credit has affected my my itc profile so bad that i can't apply for loans,contract nothing. I need it to be fixed cause i'm about to take legal steps now.
