Contradiction of info.

Beares at krugersdorp contacted me to advise that i qualify for credit by them i must come in with the docs. I went there after being in the brach for close to 3 hours i left there 18:50. They assured me all is in order and the debit order will be taken off. They promised to deliver the good but only to find out they are will deliver it 2 days later. That was not the problem. When they deliver the goods there were some of it short and the fridge was not the right one. I told them.it is fine i will keep it and wait for the others to be deliverd. So they delivered the rest and we are happy. It came to the time when the debit order needed to go off. I waitrd for all my things to be paid and debit orders to go off and then the rest i withdraw for my petrol and grocaries. Only 4 days later a lady called me and said that they had an issue on there side so the debit dit not take. To.make a long story short they came to my house to collect part of the cash and to sign a new debit order. All is in order they said. Now they calling me 3 times a day and said that they are coming to take the beds and now my kids need to sleep on the floor. I dont think that is a good way to handle things after they told me by 3 difirent people all is in order.
