Complaints beares wynberg

My sister has an account with beares wynberg... We have called for two weeks to get the washing machine sorted and got no response. We then called head office and then a few days later we were told someone is coming out to fix it. This is the 2nd time that the same issue is happening and yet they just going to fix it again. Now we must wait another week... Because they need to order the parts of the machine. When do they expect us to do our laundry.. Are they going to pay for the service if we send it to the laundromat???!!! The service is pathetic.. They only want to actually take action if one reaches out to head office.. They refuse to give us a new washing machine....and we paid extra maintenance on this washing machine..the account is paid in full and this is the service one receives???

But they quick to call for another sale but cannot be quick to fix an issue, this is ridiculous!!! No another week without doing washing... The 3rd week now and we must just accept this. They have no customer service skills or any ethics when it comes to care... As the slogan states!!!
