Complaint Resolved

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Beares for finally assisting me with my complained. I received the washing machine even if it is not what I purchased, they finally gave me something very close to what I purchased. The appliance is more expensive to what I initially purchased and was not asked to pay any cent more.
