complaint

I bought leather couches at Bears in 2016 a month later my couches started to peel and they were making a lot of noise. I have been reporting this problem to them but they are not helping me at all they are complaining that I finished paying the instalment so they cant help me to replace, but the couches are still on guarantee. Please help me
