Complaint

I'm unsatisfied with the couches I bought the Bearers at Kwa-Mnyandu Mall.

I bought microwave, couches and home theatre system.

Then couches were genuine leather, however it absolutely not because the leather is cracking up and when I laid a report multiple times within 2 months after buying them and money is being debited on my account. The sales agent including management kept on making empty promises that they'll send courier services for a pick up exchange till today no one had done that.

This is so frustrating because I trusted the product that the company provides but now I'm seeing such bad service.

I need this to be resolved ASAP because I completed my full payment.
