Business acountability greatly lacking

Well now what a way to victimise and treat a member of the public.

After incuring aproximately R70000.00 worth of damage to my vehicle I am told by one of the shop patrons that she will not entertain any of my questions and that I am to blame for the accident (when I was stationary in a parking bay).

Seems like the only thing Bears realy cares about is avoiding accountability and taking ownership for their staff's negligent actions.

Well done Bears! One can only commend you as an entity on ensuring that no ethical standards are cultivated within your operations, a true leader of the times.
