Broken machine not fixed

Good morning

My mame is Marwale Phahlamohlaka and my id number is ********** 829087. My adress is 166 Block IA Soshanguve 0152. I bought a copule of appliances at Bears Mabopane Central City. One of those being a Russell Hobbs 13kg washing machine. I am still paying for the machine through Debt counselor. The machine has a problem now and does not drain water. I called Bears Mabopane and spoke to Sbusiso and he said that they do not logde complains telephonically i must come to the store. I toll a day off at work and went to the store and Pinky lodge the reapir complain. She said she will call me the following day and also the technicians will call me the following day but to tjis day i have heard nothing from either. I called Bears and Pinky just said she will get back to me but still waiting.

Is this how Bears treat it's customers? I am not happy at all.
