Broken customer abused one

My name is patience machebe bought fridge it has been reported not working since it's arrival 2024 December they collected it for repairs more than 4 times still not working was told insurance has lapsed without getting proper help thus year alone it never worked still the went and debited money in my account interest keeps pulling under my name us there a complain that last 2 years without help they insist I keep this broken fridge and pay that is trauma I hate this bears krugersdorp they could have replaced the fridge long ago how do I pay for am item that never worked that's so unfair hundred of calls to their head office still no solution they keep throwing a broken fridge to my face I really need help a lot this has traumatized me a lot they even went as far as coming to collect money at my work place for an item that never worked ,,,I need help,
