Bring back my money. Bad service by this store

This year January I tried to do a business deal with Beares store at Begersfort *****i and it failed, No problem with that, what annoyed me the most is that their debit order went through yesterday on the 15th of February while I don't have anything or their assets with me.

I felt they treated me bad during their business deal that had failed yet they come and deduct my money unauthorized. When I need my money they send me from pillar. To post they need me to send bank statement which I must also be charged for it, according to them I must go waste more money by printing bank statement to give it to them so that they will give me back my money that they were unathorised to deduct.

I'm not ready to incur more charges before I get what is due to me, Beares do the right thing and bring back my money you are *******ly having it. How do you cancell business deal but not cancel debit order? I was already charged by my bank for that *******ly unathorised debit order already, so bring my money back.

You already confused and mixed up my finances because you took the money that was budgeting for other matters and because of you I'm in arrears, I need my money today.
