breach of contract

Bears furniture store refuses to gave me my airtime and data as per agreement. I bought a cellphone contract with Bears furniture store in November 2013,with which they will provide me with R50 airtime and 50 Mb data on the 1th of every month,but since December 2014 I've received anything from them. My contract with them ends in November 2015. Now all I want from them is to refund me all,outstanding airtime and data from November 2013 up till November 2015.
