Being forced to take furnite by BEARS Furniture shop

<p>In December my mother went to Bears to purchase a lounge suite at bear not knowing that I was going to surprise her with one. Once I got home with the new lounge suite I had bought at a different shop we tried to cancel the contract with Bear. Mind you it was before they had delivered the lounge suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 1st they tried to deliver after we had tild them that we do not want the suite anymore.... three months later, the credit still appears on my mothers bill. Tried calling Bears head office who told us to go to the shop to cancel. At the shop we were told to go sell the suite at home and come get the ones at the shops....</p> <p>Really what happened to the customer is always right and having the right to change your mind</p>
