Bears wynberg bad service, and they do not apply to what they're advertised and display for clients

I bought a cupboard, kitchen set and a fridge in Dec 2023. Not only was the stock from the floor but damage as well, the cupboard had a R500 cash back, and I was denied the money, instead offered a free gift. The cupboard is badly damage and I'm expected to pay for the product, I as told IL get a new cupboard up til today nothing, the cupboards is missing parts as well. Kitchen set is Also damage and not properly assembled. The fridge u can see is not brand new out of the box. If you offer stock from the floor to a customer the condition must be great, not wrap it up delivery them and expect a customer to pay for damage goods. I've not heard anything from bears, the consultant was good did his job but the manager was not very helpful so was my call to head office. I'm expected to pay for damage goods, no discount No cashback No quality of goods
