Bears Nelspruit Poor Service at its Best

Bought wall unit and Coffee table on the 28 July 2018. Items were supposed to be delivered on the same day. 30 July no delivery and no explanation 31 I phoned and was told that the driver was sick The branch manager apologised and promised to deliver on the 1 AUGUST 2018 at 10 am....Promised not fulfilled. The driver promised to bring the Coffe table on the following which is today....and nothing was done. I phoned the branch Manager who told me that the Driver is sick and he could only apologise. Poor service or terrible service. Eventually the wall unit was delivered on the 2nd August at 17h00
