BEARS MABOPANE NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY ON BEDS

I bought a bed and a washing machine at Bears Mabopane on the 12th of October 2020 and cost price of the bed alone was R6000.00 at the time.

Earlier this year the Mattress starting sagging and I went and lodged a complaint around May only to be told I should pay a fee of R1740.00 for the warranty to be honored.

I find this to unfair as I've spent so much on the bed that could not even last for two years. Really this is against consumer act, I can not be expected to pay so much, especially with our economy collapsing. Where on earth am I expected to pay so much for something that could not even honor the warranty period.
