Bears / Lewis stores - Which is worse?

So Bears stores have vanished and the Lewis group took over. I can't distinguish which store is more hopeless than the other ....Since my complaint has been logged months ago, the only attempt to resolving my problem was excuses, empty promises , senseless calls and may I add MISSED CALLS when I've clearly stated that I can not answer any calls during the day and I'm only able to communicate via email! Lewis stores agreed to have my furniture repaired (I really don't even want to imagine how a repaired leather lounge is going to look) Anyway after a long wait and understandably somewhat due to gang related violence in the area two guys came to collect my damaged lounge suit a few weeks back and they left without the damage goods after struggling a while and damaging the one side of the 3 seater even more) , they left saying that they will come back but I just knew that they wouldnt. To no suprize , the guys never returned. I honestly feel that at this point I should take the damaged furniture back to the store myself and demand all my money back that i paid so far for goods that was damaged since day one.
