Bears Krugersdorp poor service

I have an account with Bears Krugersdorp. Die consultant that asssted me when opening the account Johanna was very helpful and friendly. Then it came to the debit order. Firstly they did not deduct from my account for 2 months and came and threatened me. Then there after i paid them cash and said it will be better for me doing the transfer in their account which I did. Then out of the blue a consultant pitched up at my house and say that i need to sigh for a debit order and i told her that i already did. After so many months paying via transfer they started deducting from my account any amount they want to. I called them to reverse the funds and fail to do so after they promised me they would. Then last month exactly the same thing happend they deducted funds from my account which they was not supposed to do and now they dont want to refund my money.
