Bears killing my mother

Bears George staff is abusing my mother who is 72 years old .... a white lady came to my mothers house to threaten my mom that if she does not pay they will come take the furniture after my mother went to the store and speak to Amanda to arrammge to pay less that what she is supposed to pay she agreed but now they want her to pa R800 where is she gonna get it ?????? She is a pensionaer she is sick she pays what she can afford now she is scared pay the R400 because they shout at whoever comes to pay...is this how you treat your customers or is it because my mother is 72 years so you wamt her to die???????
