Bears Germiston

I bought a Bed at Bears Germiston in August 2023, the name of the assistant that helped me is Irene. I then complained about the sound and how floppy the bed is. This I reported the beginning of the year 2024 Was then later informed in June my complain was approved by the supplier I waited till date to get the new Bed, but when I followed up, I was informed Bears in King Williams Town does not have stock of the Bed I need, and the supplier doesn't want to deliver just 1 Item. I have complained 5/6 months back and still no resolution is provided. The lady that is customer complaint consultant (Phuti) is not a customer service at all, she speaks as if I'm one of her friends or colleagues. This is such a terrible service I have been receiving from Bears.

I also have a broken Cupboard that I reported, was informed 5/6 months back it will be replaced but till date nothing has been done about it. I will never buy anything from them terrible service ever.
