Bears Furnitures do not want to refund my money

On Saturday the 24 October I went to Bears in Andries Street Pretoria. I bought the kitchen unit of R13000.00 and delivery fee of R250.00 and I paid cash. I was told that the goods will be delivered on monday. I then went to the store on thursday asking for my money as there other furniture shops that they can help me. That's when that I told that there was not stock and promised the ff monday still goods were not delivered. I phoned then that this time I'm done with Bears I want my money back. I have been going to the branch being given stories that they will see when they make the R13250.00 a day then I can be refunded. Sometimes they would say the money will be deposited to my account. Its been 3 weeks not Bears failing to give my money back
