Bears furniture shop crisis

My sister bought a tv (hisense 39cm) from bears in Germiston. Match this year it was taken in for repairs but it was redeemed unfixable by technifix , a company employed by Bears to fix their returned products.Technifix gave bears a report that they need to credit the client (my sister) then bears called Hisense for credit but hisense refused on basis that the tv was not inspected by them .its been 3 months now without a tv and been send to and fro . 1,Why Bears employ a company to fix their returned products when it is not approved by manufeturers who must give credit to unfixable products ? 2,why bears has stopped sending repures to manufactures ? 3,clearly the turn around time of returned products to customers is compromised therefore their business is affected so why continue with the strategy that doesnt benefit their clients? 4, Bears doesnt have a stuff email system that can be used as a reliable source of communication from head office to brenches that also can be used to clients as prove of communication about an on going dispute or quiry. It is concerning to have to come back to the shop only to find the stuff frastrated of the survise that they dont even understand why its soo primitive
