THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER, AND FROM THE MANAGER, SADLY!!!

I bought a furniture item that needs to be assembled at BEARES MAKHADO and the manager sent people to come and assemble at home. The person sent then stole a phone and varnished. I went to complain at the store about the ****** property and the manager told me where to get off - infront of the entire staff and other customers. What a shameful behavior from a "manager", someone who is supposed to be a leader.

Fellow customers, IF YOU BUY AN ITEM AND THEY OFFER TO SEND PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE FOR YOU, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL, IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE RUNNING A SYNDICATE!!! The Manager will send random PEOPLE who don't even work for Bears Furniture shop to your house, those people will either ***** or scout for valuable things to come and ***** later!!!
