Bears furniture *****

I will never purchase from Bears furniture they have double Debited me for over 4 times and when you call the branch you are told to call the head office which is a process as you log a ticket with head office explain everything to them then you need to wait for a case officer to pickup your request which takes over two weeks when they eventually call you they say they cannot assist it has to be done by the branch note it's already 3 weeks that passed and still nothing I go back to the branch they tell me they don't have enough cash to refund me I need to wait for them to get cash end up waiting for over a month to get a refund on one month then it happens again and I don't understand they take your money immediately but it takes them months to refund you and I'm not referring to a small amount of money they double debit is over 11k gone please people be very very careful if you take anything from this place the service is pathetic
