Bears funiture

Hi hello Peter a friend of mine suggested you guys that you will help me I need your help.here the thing I bought kitchen scheme and a launge suite at Bears here in George in the Western Cape to King William's town they delivered them faulty so since day one I've been complaining there and it's now it's 3years they haven't fixed them and we haven't used those couches they are full of dust in there.💔😭😭but they are too quick to take my money um paying those things every fourth night.everytime I go there there's a new manager and that's making me sick.please guys help me please😭😭😭
