Bears failing to deliver their promise

Hello Peter I bought wardrobe at wynberg bears it was delivered at Eastern Butterworth, they never assembled it.They said their assembler was drunk since September when they delivered. The last time I spoke to then it was the 6th of February 2026.They said they cannot get the assembler we agreed that they should fetch the wardrobe. The promised to fetch it 07 February 2026 again they never pitched. I will never buy again at bears they do not care for their customers. All the time I arrange with them we agreed. I pay my hard earned money to book a flight then only when I m there they don't come.
