BEARS ALBERTON BRANCH violates my privacy

Bears violates peoples privacy and shares sensitive information about your account with them, with strangers! I have fallen on hard times and have struggled to meet payment arrangements , nevertheless i made an agreement to make payment end of november with there store in Alberton south of Johannesburg i have spoken to Lydia as well as Portia from this branch , they all have me on whatsap as well and could easily get in contact with me . The branch decided to call my call centre at work and speak to agent divulging all my perosnal information which included tellig the call centre agent that I am not paying , i have moved ( which is not true) and that they want their money - BEARS your employees at your alberton branch clearly dont know my rights as a consumer and I WILL be taking this further
