Beares Tsolo- Does not care Its a nonsense store

We bought our cupboard CASH on the 17th of December 2021 at Beares in Tsolo. After 1000 follow ups we received it in February 2022. However the drawers were broken, We have been following up with no results. We are still waiting even today and what is annoying is that we have to call the store, if we do not call there is no update. Is this how Beares treats their customers??

Beares got back to me and doors were delivered on the 26th March but they they still missing others. I had to call the store to follow up as no one from the store called to inform us about the missing doors. I would never buy anything from this shop. There is no courtesy, the management they do not care about the customers Its been months waiting for the cupboard yet we fully paid for it.
