BEARES takes back furniture for months to repair

we bought couches at the store in chrishani, also took out insurance as they are expensive. The couch was collected more than two months ago , no communication from the store, when we called on monday to enquire the guy just said he needs to go check on their material, this is now after 2months the couch has been with them no one is bothered that we are sitting on floors and camp chairs after so much money was paid , this is really pathetic service
