Beares Secunda. Horrific!!!!!!

My lounge suite started peeling. I tried to contact Beares for about 4 months to no avail. Manager will always get back and they never do!

Finally after months Bears Secunda Arrives to pick up the set. Mid January 2023. A heavy lounge suite with one guy and a very healthy lady. The man then informes me that we (elderly lady )can help him carry the couches as the lady then proceeded to inform us that it is not in her job description to move furniture. Now 2 months further. To date I have not had a call from Maria the secunda store manager. I phone over and over and 90% of the time she is in the bathroom and you will never receive a call. My husband has been there twice

First they dont have material for this bad quality couches Then the machine that does stitching is broken

Then the couches will be delivered THAT week still All LIES LIES LIES

I even went through head office and its just as bad. I received a call back once from a guy saying he told the store manager he wants answers and he will phone the next day again....guess what he DIDN'T I phoned Maria at Secunda branch again today...and its all stories about the people that needs to fix it. she was JUST ABOUT TO PHONE them now. Same same same stories.

2 months now and no lounge!! What will the next excuse be Bears Secunda???
