Beares really cares about themselves only!!!

Recently purchased a substantial amount of goods from Beares on Boksburg on HP. Total cost is over R100k . Despite complaining about the bad quality of the restonic bed we purchased still nothing has been done and no follow up. I have complained to the sales lady more then once. I have asked over and over for a copy of the HP contract nothing and no paperwork has been given so we can't even read the insurance or extended warranties that we are paying for. We were treated like royalty while signing for all this stuff the minute that it's delivered you then become nothing. I even went so far as to attempt to purchase a second fridge and got told NO! So you trusted me when you were making a huge sale and you trusted me when you took the first R3641 payment out of my bank account but now I am not trustworthy. Don't fall for Beares lies people.
