BEARES not selling what it advertises

My mother bought a Sealy Premium Merion bedset August 2024 . Within 3 months , the mattress was damaged . The Beares personnel told her that 2 people are not allowed to sleep in the double bed and if my mother wants quality she should buy something expensive . They replace and within 2 weeks again it was damaged , not she is not hearing from them and we were told to call Bravobrands ourselves .
