Beares ***** money through debit orders

Poor customer service, the Beares customer service agent yelled at me and drop the phone in my ear. Beares Alberton made an unauthorized debit order of R2500. 00 iny account. Its been 15days trying to get my money with no luck but rather rudes, from Alberton branch and their customer service centre.
