Beares Mbombela: Caller Harassment

My initial experience with Beares was fantastic. After making my purchase, they called me weekly. Every week I communicated that I am not interested in making a purchase and that I would come into the store should I be interested again. This type of feedback was given weekly. As a call center agent, I respect people that have to do calls. I later started saying "please stop calling me, I am not interested, please remove my name and number from your contact list." This request was ignored and they continued to contact me! I later got extremely upset and said you are now harassing me because I have asked weekly for a year that you stop calling me. Til this day I still get calls. You block one number the other pops up! Its really left a bad taste in my mouth as I am now no longer interested in ever purchasing from Beares in Mbombela again.
