Beares is a mess!

I bought a bed from Beares in January, already it's making sounds... I've lodged a complaint in June, till today no assistance .. Beares are such ****mers!! I've been waiting for feedback, even sent an email they requested that shows the error on the bed but still. Spoke to Zane Galloway but he isn't sticking to his word! I've sent multiple pictures and videos showing the bed making sound. Never expected this from Beares
