A sales rep called me regarding a new account which was opened, I was then advised when I refer other prospects I would then get commission for each prospect(5%of the amount used), I submitted 3 they only paid up two (which seems to be for lower amounts) the bigger amount is till outstanding , they advised that they have escalated the matter however to date nothing has been done and I'm being pushed from pillar to post.
