Beares howick branch

Beares furniture shop HOWICK BRANCH,horrible service!! I bought a bed few months back and have been paying,when I want to buy something else since the receipt shows that I can buy for R40000,they refuse...I have been receiving sms's that I should contact my nearest branch for purchase but at the branch they never tell me the reason why I can't make a purchase, I regret even opening my account with them
