BEARES FURNITURE SHOP DISGUSTING SERVICE !!

Id like to make another complaint regarding Beares furniture shop . I am livid im disappointed and my heart is really painful . A few months back i had a complaint that i wrote here on Hello Peter about this furniture store , i had bought couches, a coffee table and a fridge all worth R25 000 in total and i bought everything cash from the Wynberg branch in Cape Town for everything to be delivered to my mom in the Eastern Cape , and mind you i asked them nicely if i could trust the store to do this and i was promised and told Beares is a trusted brand that has been there for years ! The sales lady that i was dealing with even connected me through the phone with a lady she called a loyal customer to verify that i could trust them . So a few months i ago when I complained on hello peter it was regarding the coffee table that was never delivered and no communication on theire side , that was then resolved as i demanded my money back and the regional manager got involved and my mom got a free coffee table , which when i now look at it is not even new , they say its a sorry gift but its broken and just looks old but anyway its free and thats not my issue right now . My issue right now it the couches that they delivered to my mom ! The couches delivered to my mom are not the couches i picked in the Cape town branch at all , they brought her the wrong couches and mind you they delivered old flaky couches to my mom ! I just got to the Eastern Cape from Cape town last week , i got home excited to see what I bought and only to my surprise only to find out they delivered the wrong couches! This makes me very angry! As this first of all was a surprise for my mother , secondly i think they took advantage of the fact that i told them that , so my mother wouldn’t know what couches I ordered for her , secondly i told them that time i was going to go overseas so i would not be around that too i think they took advantage of and thirdly they did not want to loose a sale so they just delivered what ever they had in stock ! This is disgusting !! Im so disappointed, my mother hates these couches she didnt have the heart to tell me because it was a surprise, she even had to make covers for these couches as they just peeling off and look disgusting! I hate that my mother surprise was spoiled like this ! I am so angry ! I need help regarding this immediately and im hoping even CEOs can see this because my money went down the drain after i trusted this store and apparently no one buys at Beares anymore im told . Please help !!
