Beares Furniture aka Lewis Group Insult!

Let me start off by saying I blame myself for having not done due diligence and checking the reviews on these stores before approaching them. Absolutely shocking! I had app**** for credit for a lounge suite and went through the whole application and verification process and signed the contract, all that was missing was for the branch to settle contract to their head office and delivery would be made upon my acceptance of a Debicheck. Almost 2 weeks later having not received the delivery I popped into the branch and was told that account had been blocked by their head office as I had been flagged as a *****ulent customer, whose ID number didn't exist at home affairs, upon their checks. The irony of the story is that the branch is 3 doors away from a Home Affairs, where I had just been to register the birth of my child, using the same '****' ID number. I would have been so much happier had they decided to decline my application initially than to insult my intelligence with such! I requested their branch to reply on the email to their head office, to provide me with proof of what their soffistacated checks, unfolded me as a *****! I wait with baited breath.
