Beares forcing their insurance on you even if you have your own.

I recently tried to buy furniture through Beares in Secunda and got told I need to have insurance if I buy furniture through their credit system. But, if I have my own insurance then I must just send proof and they wont load their insurance. I then mailed them my proof of insurance and within a few days I got word that my insurance have exclusions so I need to take Beares insurance. This is absolute nonsense as I have full cover on household items and I have personally gone through my contract and spoken to the agent in charge of my insurance. Beares are coming up with nonsense to try and force me to double pay on insurance.
