Beares Brits - Russel Hobbs Warranty on Washing Machine. Bad Service.
Beares Brits - Bought a brand new Russel Hobbs 14kg Top Loader washing machine and after 14 months it no longer spins the gears have broken. Russel Hobs has a 2 year warranty period when calling Beares they confirmed it and then called me back informing me I have not registered online with in 1 year of purchasing the washing machine to get my extended warranty of 2 years (an additional year) NO ONE ever informed me about this when purchasing the washing machine cash. No one one wants to assist me further. I bought a Russel Hobbs machine cause they are known to be one of the best electrical appliances but only after 14 months my machine has broken.

08 Nov 2023, 12:51Beares collected my washing machine and repaired it and delivered it all again free of charge. They corrected their mistake and head office was in contact with me daily till this issue was sorted out. I am satisfied now with the after service and response I received. Thank you.
