BEARES BOKSBURGH Commissioner street

Hi I would like to make a complaint about BEARES BOKSBURGH I took a TV out on credit from them after fighting to get my TV delivered it finally arrives only to find out they SOLD ME A 2nd HAND TV and they are making me pay the full price for it!!!! R24 000 FOR A 2ND HAND TV!!! This is not on and I will never recommend anyone ever agin to beares after this ******* and the sad thing Is I got highly recommended to use beares and this is what they do to their customers!!! Dont ever use beares what a ******* and disgraced of a company.. SHAME!!!
