Beares Bloemfontein- Really Bad Service

I app**** online for credit at Beares and i received an Sms stating that i was approved to purchase on credit to the amount of R37 000 I went to my local Beares Stores in Bloemfontein to purchase a Washing Machine.

At first there was problems with my ID Number, they stated that they picked up ***** on my ID, i went to the police station to have it checked out and the constable confirmed that no ***** was on my ID, i also got documentation to confirm as such.

I went back to beares and told them what the police said and also gave them the documentation, then suddenly they said my ID was blocked.

So i then called the South African ***** Prevention Services and confirmed with them that there is no ***** on my ID nor has there ever been.

36 Hours later i get a call from Beares Bloemfontein saying they need an Original ID, so once again i did as they asked and sent in a Scanned document where my ID is clear as day.

I went back to them after another 12 hours has passed and still no answer.

This is probably the worst service i have ever gotten from a company
