I am very disappointed in beares,on the 11 July 2025 my account has been settle with a discount,but with a surprise they still diduct a R1000 out of my account as soon as my salary was in my bank,I dont even know if I will get my refund back ,as that is money that has to go towards school fees.Are they bot suppose to stop that debit order the sooner they did get that settle money,I am realy disappointed in them as in disappointed

26 Jul 2025, 08:17Yesterday beares call me and said they will came back to me but still waiting as the school is giving me time only till Tuesday, if you don pay they are in a hurry to call you or came to your house or workplace for the money but know that they took my R1000 out of my account I have to wait for them that is not right and the account has been close, can I please have my R1000 as i am disappointed in beares and are stress out for my child school fee.
