Beares Alberton Bad Service

I had an account which I opened on September 2021 and I managed to pay off within 6 months. I took couches and a stove. And by July this year the leather couches started tearing and I went to Beares Alberton to report it and even showed them photos and they said they send a driver to come fetch them for them to be repaired. Last week 25th October I went back and they told me that the driver is in Rusternburg and as soon as they return he’ll come. Today it’s the 1st of November and they still haven’t fetched them, and now the stove is also not working.
