Bearers Furniture you don't respect your customers

I sent my sister to bearers to buy a bed on the 21st of December 2019 and they delivered the bed that was on display which she told them that she don't want the displayed one. They delivered the bed that was on display which has stain and is dirty. I called them and they did deny what they did. And they promised to bring a new one. Even today they haven't bring the bed. Can they please come and collect they bed and I my sister will go and take the refund. They service is very bed we will go to the other furniture stores as they are not the only store in Giyani. Today I spoke to the manager over the phone he even told me that he is used to people complaining so please tomorrow I want my money back. The managers was not even apologetic.
