Bad treatment from Bears mabopane Branch

I'm very disappointed by the staff of Bears mabopane Branch the way I received the treatment from them including the manager.They are lazy to do their job.i bought a lounge suite worth of R49000 and found out that the material used is getting damaged within a week from the day i bought it.i reported the matter to the relevant people without any getting help.They called me stupid bubble gum by the lady called Charity. My only hope is hello Peter to resolve my issue.i'm very much disappointed by this people including the management . They are doing nothing to satisfy their customers.
