Bad Treatment

Good Day

My name is Sidwell Louis Mofuntlela i have an account with Bears and i was paying an insurance as well but now i've lost my job but when i approach Bears and explained i was told they won't cover me because i took insurance that will only cover me when i retire and they also have recording with my voice agreeing to that insueance.

I've asked for that contract till to date i haven't receive it and when i check my credit score i'm lististed as bad payer please help thanks
