Bad service on warranty promise

My fiancee an I have bought furniture from bears store last year Feb witch is now damaged an we asked for them to be replaced as it was quality issue till today from last year December we still waiting we threatened not to pay but the kempton park staff finds that useless as they are not acting to quick to request instalment but slow on service delivery very poor
