Bad service from Beares alberton

5 months ago i bought a lounge suite in alberton. I called them and advise them the 2 seater coach is not right as I sit on it and the whole seat went in. On Tuesday 12th November they came to collect it and said I will receive feedback before Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told Mr oliphant is on leave but the store mananger Portia said she will follow up and call me back. No call received on Thursday on any feedback. Today i called again spoke to Portia promise to call back again no call received i called again spoke to Mr Oliphant said will only have a answer by next week as it is a factory fault and they will fix it. I am not very happy as it is not even 6 months old and already giving problems. I will never buy again from Beares since day one i have problems
