Bad service

I am very disappointed about this store I bought couches cash December 2020. They delivered but one couch was damaged so I reported it. It took them four months to attend to my order and finally the came to collect the couch. Now I'm waiting 4 months again for me to receive my couch back. Called the branch they not assisting I called their customer care and they confirmed they will attend to the matter ref:730 632. Customer care called me to tell me my couch is fixed and the branch has been coming to my house to deliver but they don't find anyone which is a lie because there's always someone at home. I'm very disappointed by their service as well as their products!!!!!Such bad service!!!!!
